Usage

• Thaw product at 0 º C for 24 hrs.
• Pour into a bowl not exceeding 20% of bowl capacity.
• Whip at medium speed until soft, smooth peaks form.
• Use for decoration purpose

Shelf Life / Recommended Storage

• 12 months, when stored in its original unopened packaging
• Store at temperature less than or equal to 0º C. Do not refreeze the defrosted product.
