Usage:

Cold bag:

·          Fill bag 2/3 full with cold tap water, crushed ice or ice cubes

·          Fit the cap back onto the opening

·          Test for leakage by turning bag upside down and pressing firmly

·          Hold the ice bag by the ring and apply to desired area

 Hot bag:

·          Fill bag 2/3 full with hot water (~60-80°C) and fit the cap back onto the opening

·          Test for leakage by turning bag upside down and pressing firmly

·          Hold the hot bag by the cap and apply to desired area (wrap with a towel if it feels too hot)ion:

Caution:

·          Do not place heavy or sharp instruments near bag

·          To avoid frostbiting or burning, always test the temperature before applying to body
