Compost plants have been classified roughly into two uses, for public works and for stock farming. The plants for public use have been of a very large-scale, and as initial and maintenance costs were very high, it was difficult for a private entrepreneur to handle generally.
On the other hand compost plants for stock farming have been constructed simply compared with the plant for public work because initial cost was considered to be the most important. It was necessary for users to get skill such as water adjustment.
